Privacy notice
Last updated 23 October 2026.
This notice explains what personal information Slot Clarity Ltd collects through this website and when you contact us, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Slot Clarity Ltd is the data controller. Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15456225. Registered office: 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE. You can contact us by message on LinkedIn (linkedin.com/company/slot-clarity), by replying to any email we have sent you, or by post to the registered office.
What this website collects
The public pages of this website do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and they do not load content from other companies. The sign-in pages and the games area use the cookies described below.
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, so that it can deliver the site and keep it secure. That processing may take place outside the UK.
If you join the waitlist or have an account
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so that we can invite you. If you have an account, we hold your name, email address, sign-in details and a record of when you sign in, and, if you work with us, the organisation you belong to. We use them to let you sign in, to show you the games and prototypes you have access to, and to keep that access secure.
Accounts and the waitlist are run by Clerk, Inc., our sign-in provider, which handles these details on our behalf and may do so outside the UK. Clerk sends the emails about your account, such as your invitation and sign-in codes, from our domain. It also uses technical information, such as your IP address and browser, to protect sign-in and sign-up from abuse.
Signing in sets cookies that keep you signed in. They are strictly necessary for the account area, are not used for tracking, and are only set when you use the sign-in pages or the games area.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in giving you the access you asked for and, where we host prototypes for your company, performing our contract with it. We keep your account, or your place on the waitlist, until you ask us to remove it or we stop offering you access.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email us or message us on LinkedIn, we receive your name and contact details and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your company and the details of your enquiry. We use this to reply, to scope and quote work, and to keep a record of our dealings with you.
Our email is provided by Microsoft through Microsoft 365, which handles it on our behalf and may do so outside the UK. Messages sent through LinkedIn are also handled by LinkedIn under its own privacy policy.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to enquiries and, where you ask for a quote, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to market to people who have not asked to hear from us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and our correspondence with you for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our business records, then we delete them. Waitlist and account details are kept as described above.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and object to our use of it. In some cases you can also ask for it in a form you can pass to another organisation. To do any of these, contact us in any of the ways listed under "Who we are".
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding an enquiry form, analytics or a new service provider, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
